Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the application

Smokido is a wellness support application designed to help users gradually reduce their cigarette consumption, track their habits, and replace certain urges to smoke with alternative activities.

Smokido is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a healthcare professional.

2. Account and data

Smokido does not require you to create an account. The information you enter (first name, cigarette consumption, history, activities) remains stored locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Free and Premium plans

Smokido can be used free of charge with no time limit. The following remain free forever: Home, Health, Savings, Insights, AI Coach, and 3 replacement activities.

A Smokido Premium subscription additionally unlocks: the 6 additional replacement activities, the creation of custom activities, the full Progress tab (charts, history, projections), the tips library, and PDF export / sharing.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Smokido Premium is available with monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans. Depending on the offer available on Google Play or the App Store, a free trial may be offered. Its duration and the applicable terms are those displayed in the store concerned at the time of subscription.

Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play or the App Store. Billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and any refunds are managed directly by the store concerned, in accordance with its own terms and procedures — Smokido does not have access to your payment methods and never stores them.

You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage my subscription, or directly from Google Play or the App Store.

5. Use of the application

You agree to use Smokido for its intended purpose, without attempting to disrupt its operation, access areas not intended for users, or infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The Smokido name, its visual identity (including the Puff character), its text, and its code are the property of Tamari MAISASHVILI (Orionis Studio). The data you enter in the application remains yours; you can export or delete it at any time from Settings → My data.

7. Availability and changes

Smokido is provided “as is”. We strive to ensure continuous and reliable operation, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve, be added, or be modified over time through updates.

8. Minimum age

Smokido is intended only for users aged 18 and over. This restriction is declared to the app stores, which apply their own age ratings.

9. Termination

You may stop using Smokido at any time by uninstalling the application and/or resetting your data from Settings → Reset my data. An active Premium subscription must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store to avoid renewal.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as Smokido evolves. Any new version will indicate its update date.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by French law.
